Terms of service
Plain-language terms for using Reviont.
Not live yet — These are development-stage terms written to be honest about what the service currently is. Before real-money play opens they must be reviewed by a lawyer qualified in each jurisdiction served.
1. Who may use Reviont
- You must be 18 or over.
- Online poker for real stakes must be lawful where you are. It is your responsibility to know whether it is.
- One account per person. Accounts are not transferable.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access. We may suspend an account while investigating suspected fraud, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
3. Funds
- Your balance is held for the purpose of play and withdrawal. It is not a deposit account and earns no interest.
- Deposits are credited once the payment network confirms them.
- We may withhold a withdrawal while investigating a specific, identified concern, and will tell you what it is.
- Chips committed at a table are locked until you stand up.
4. Fair play
Prohibited: colluding with other players, deliberately transferring chips, using software that plays or advises on hands, and operating more than one account at a table. Confirmed breaches result in closure and, where players were harmed, return of their funds.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, faults and network problems happen. Where a hand cannot be completed because of a fault on our side, bets are returned.
6. Changes
We will give notice of material changes to these terms before they take effect. Continuing to play after they take effect means you accept them.
